1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions, new product launches), processing times may extend to 3–4 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship from our fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS / FedEx): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority / Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide using USPS International, DHL Express, and FedEx International.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–21 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 4–7 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties determined by their country’s customs agency.
  • Cauca Excellence Coffee is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Weight and size of the package
  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Local Delivery (Atlanta Metro Area)

We offer local delivery for customers within selected ZIP codes in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Local Delivery Details:

  • Available Monday–Saturday
  • Delivery window: same day or next day depending on order time
  • Fee: Flat local delivery rate shown during checkout
  • Free local delivery may apply for qualifying order amounts

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is on its way.

6. Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

Because coffee is a perishable product, we follow these conditions:

Returns

  • We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order via our customer support email.

Order Changes

  • Changes to an order can only be made within 2 hours after placing the order.
  • After this window, the order may already be processed or shipped.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are permitted within 2 hours of purchase.
  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it.

7. Potential Service Interruptions

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier-related issues
  • Customs inspections
  • Holiday shipping congestion
  • Force majeure or global disruptions

Cauca Excellence Coffee is not liable for delays caused by external carriers or customs agencies, but we will assist in tracking and updating your order.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.
